Today there are many people reflecting on this topic because it is very actual, from time to time we can read interesting information on this subject.

Being very clear that the volume of offices has already decreased, it is a question of seeing what is the best way to combine people’s online work with their more or less temporary attendance at the company’s offices.

Something that everyone agrees to recognize is that offices give a brand image and help create a “culture” of the company. So they will not disappear, although they will change and there will be less.

Now the next question is: How will the new offices be?

And the answer is clear: Flexible and dynamic.

And that means that the offices of each company will change on the way and adapt to the needs of the moment. There will be very few fixed things, no fixed places to do the job, no closed places; everything will depend on what is needed.

It will try to combine having “open” jobs where people who go there can be placed, and other places to hold meetings and group events that strengthen team building.

Because it must be clear that “teams” are only formed by working together from time to time, and physical proximity is very important to bring them together.

I have seen different possibilities of offices of the future and they all pose the same thing with different variants. And some idea that someone has suggested refers to having different offices spread over different areas, so that people can access them more easily, and not always have to meet at the “central” office of the company.

It is about decentralizing as much as possible and that each person can make better use of their available time without wasting it on useless trips.

But it should never be forgotten in the offices the fact that the new people learn from people with more experience, which is essential for their professional and personal development.

It is clear that the offices are not going to disappear, they will simply be different and there will be fewer.
